I submited my applctn on wed to the store mngr. I let her know I was interested in building with the company as a career .She immed asked the other associate for her apt book and asked if I could come in today for an interview.I told her yes.She and anothr associate said my name was pretty and we had a friendly light convo about names etc.The store mnger said she looked fwrd to seeing me at 2 today.
Upon arriving in the stor for my interview(I arrived 15 min ) early,the store mngr greeted me right away by first name and said what a beautiful alfit I had on and that I looked really nice for the interview.I thanked her and she took me to the othe side of the store where the other mnger would interved me.The mnger that interviewed me smiled alot and asked me "how I felt about task for the positon"she also made refnce to her own expernces"towards the end of the intervw the store mnger came outside to the interview and listened in.They both :) & shook my hand and said they would "call me"

I get nervous when i am told "We'll call you!!! but you never know. More to the point how do you feel you went? I can't imagine why the emphasis on your clothing or your name. Surely they have nothing to do with whether you have the experience for the job. All you can do is wait.

It's hard to tell. If you felt like you did well, then it's up to them to decide what they want. The interview is a crucial part of the hiring process, but how you conduct yourself in response to their questions and comments is huge. Your body language is another big concern. If you did these things well, then you have a good chance.

Sounds goood to me! Don't expect a call right away if they have a lot of people to interview. It can take as much as 2-3 weeks to hear back from them.
