Generally, it is good, overall: particularly in spheres of philosophy, balance in life, and in matters of money! But, remember, astrology is a science of combinations; so, what that 12th house is, matters a lot, and so does the position of Guru in your birthchart, and so does your current Dasa and Sub Dasa and to some extent Sub-subDasa!

You meant Ketu. From what I read, Guru and Ketu in 12th house, if there is no affliction, is a good combination for spirituality. If it has mercury's aspect, it adds up to the spiritual matters.
A strong guru (teacher / master) will guide in spiritual upliftment.
