What's a really good RPG for Xbox or PS2? They're all coming out just for 360 and PS3 now :(

And don't say Fable, Final Fantasy, or Kingdom Hearts.

Thanks! x3

For Xbox
Jade Empire-The best in my opinion
Star Wars: Knights of the old republic
Morrowind: Game of the year edition

For PS2
FFXII-Probably the best for it
Suikoden 4
Suikoden 2
Shadow Hearts series
Star Ocean: Till the end of time

Heres a list.

Best turn-based RPG:
Dragon Quest 8 - Journey of the Cursed King (PS2). This is a great RPG created by Square-Enix (Final Fantasy creators) and Level-5. This game has a interesting and sometimes humorous storyline, good characters, a cool invention system for weapons, armor, and items, and 2 different endings. I love this game, after the Final Fantasy series this is my fave RPG. Here is an IGN review if you'd like to read it (they gave it a 9/10):

Best action RPG:
Dark Cloud 2 (PS2) - (Called Dark Chronicle outside of the US) This is a fun action RPG with a cool invention system using "photography", you can actually see the weapons evolve as they level up, a good storyline, and tons of minigames. I highly recommend this game, it's a little known gem of an RPG. Here is an IGN review (9/10):

Enjoy, these are two great RPGs.

These are in order of Greatness
Only good ones on the xbox I can think of is;
Knights of the old republic
Jade empire

Ps2:
Disgaea (lots of laughs and addictive gameplay)
Suikoden 3 (great story and lots of things to do)
Rogue Galaxy (Very pretty and great weapons system)
Dark Cloud 2 (same reasons, made by same people)

Ps1 games that should not be overlooked for RPGers
Final Fantasy Tactics (the remake on psp is supposed to be better)
Vagrant Story (The proto-game that basically became FFXII)
Grandia (The first great RPG after FFVII, even better in some ways)

Fallout 3 and Oblivion are the two mind-blowing "video games of the three hundred and sixty 5 days". yet my vote ought to be mass result. Mass result has a romance subplot which you're able to do and it gets you 10G. Its truly a great pastime. Made by skill of an identical people who made Kotor. That jogs my memory. i think of they have celeb Wars Knights of the previous Republic for the PS2. it is the perfect pastime ever made. the two a type of video games are breathtaking and supply you hours and hours of excitement. So: Fallout 3, Oblivion, Mass result, KOTOR a million and a couple of. there you bypass.

i'm currently playing Grandia III and it is not too bad. Love the aerial combos. Dislike the limited places to explore.

Also try: Dawn of Mana

p.s. all games mentioned are ps2 games

Knights of the Old Republic for Xbox (better if you are a Star Wars fan).

Star Ocean III; 'Til the End of Time for PS2. Don't worry, it has no continuity from I or II (other than one or two extremely vague references).
