1568N/m. On Earth
First determine the force applied by the child. This would be G*Mass= 9.8M/s/s*40Kg=392 Newtons (Newton =1Kg*1M/s/s )
Next multiply Force*distance from the fulcrum.
392Newtons * 4M= 1568N/M

m = 40 kg
g = 9.8 m/s^2
d = 4 m

f = mg = 40(9.8)N

t = fd = 40(9.8)(4)NM = 1568NM
