Doesn't seem like the owners care. It may be hungry. Call the cops and they'll look at the dog.

Just be patient. Dogs usually bark and howl when they see/feel some unusual visitor. See around it might be robbers around or a friend of yours wants to visit you. Just peep at your window.

call up your neighbor and tell him he needs to either bring the dog inside the house or go out there and sleep in the yard with the dog.
If that doesn't work...buy a box fan and turn it on high that oughtta drown out the noise.

Give the dog a family size box of ex-lax and he'll definately stop barking for a long time!!!.

Chop it up and use it as a substitute for beef. When the owner says, "I can't find my dog"- Giver her some Hamburger Helper as a condolence gift. {SIMPLE}
