I want to buy a remote starter for 110$ and 80$ for installation. I wondering to know is it safe to buy from E-bay or not! And also is it worthed or not? Isn't it better to buy it from a dealer?

Best to have a local installer or dealer do it in case there are problems with the unit after it's installed. Wiring on newer cars can be tricky especially with factory anti-theft systems. I've had mine 10 years on a 93 Grand Prix Se and never had a problem...great for pre-warming the car in Wisconsin winters---no garage space to park in. Mine is made by Auto Alarm and has the feature where the remote has a little LCD display on it and an 800 foot range with paging alarm. Paid 300.00 for it....installed.

Depending on where you live you might be able to find a chain store that will install it for free. Mobile One would be an an example.

I think the only reason why I would ever put one on is if you live in the North when it gets cold and you need to warm the engine. Some people in the south like to put one in to cool the inside of the car off, put I guess it depends on your tolerance.

If you live up north like where I am (Canada) it might be worth it. But in some cities like where I am living can have by-laws for having your car idling. Which means you will be fined $$$ for having your car running. Check your local by-laws and check your dealer.
