When I'm down, I prefer to ride it out... even nurture it. Better to feel it through to the end, when the the light shines through the end of the tunnel then to have unresolved feelings of sorrow.
I like to listen to mellow songs, Angel by Sara McLaughlin if you want a good cry. Ambient tunes are good.
