That's what some people want and are trying to achieve. Look at the U.N. That's a part of it. They go about this in sly ways so watch out.
For instance they have some "rights of the child" act they want to pass. Sounds good right? Well it's not. It's designed so that parental rights are diminished and the "state" and future "one-world" gov't decide what's in the best interest of your child.
Some countries signed on. Thankfully the USA has not!
I don't want the U.S. gov't in my business let alone some "one world" gov't comprised of other countries!! We are sovereign!

i do no longer think of so. shall we even have situations that are greater non violent than different situations, yet i do no longer think of shall we gain everlasting peace, a minimum of as long as those with man or woman loose wills inhabit the planet. in spite of if anybody grew to become into of an identical faith or faith, there could nonetheless probably be conflict interior those religions. only evaluate the different flavors of Christianity that exist. each and every sect has their own ideals in the bigger perception which separates them. And if faith did no longer separate human beings, then perhaps there could be nonetheless conflict between the social instructions. perhaps if anybody grew to become into plugged into some useful expertise, and all of our thoughts, strategies, and ideology got here from this one useful source, making us like cyborgs or robots, then perhaps. In that type of situation, anybody could have an identical targets, and anybody could agree on a thank you to realize those targets, and anybody could settle for their precise social class, because of the fact we'd be pre-programmed or something. yet we are able to possibly no longer truly be human anymore the two.

You had better hope not sweetheart. Do you really think it's a good idea to have some Counsil in another part of the world dictating what you will be paying in taxes because your "state" is wealthier than some others?

Do you think its a good idea to put a wild lion and a lamb into one cage? That would be the "One World, One Government" effect.

I don't know...- & I'm NOT entirely SURE I want to... I mean, do we REALLY want a World that has a McDonald's on every Highway; a Wal-Mart in every town; a Starbucks in every Marketplace; and a Shell Station on every corner????? ... The Concept of "One World" in a World of "Many (different peoples, cultures, lifestyles- etc.)", -troubles me. Perhaps we'd ALL be just better off- if we got along with each other, -simply by respecting who we ARE, & NOT how others "should be..." ...

No I do not believe in it. I don't think it can be achieved as the person would have to invade other countries to bring about this, and he/she would probably encounter lots of resistance from other nations.

Not in my lifetime. To be honest, I don't think it is even a good idea. Different cultures need different government structures.
