Yes, I have. I used to think I was afraid to fight. I was attacked and I started throwing punches. The next thing I knew the guy was on the ground knocked out.

I also play music and write songs. I used to have so much stage fright that I wouldn't get on a stage in front of an audience. The first time I did it, I got pretty hammered on beer and went to a Karaoke bar. I must have been good because other people in the bar asked for more later.

The reason I came out of my shell is because I was not happy being that other guy I used to be. I asked myself, "What's the worst that could happen?" The answer turned out to be something I could live with if I blew it.

When it comes to fighting it's best to avoid it at all costs, but if it's about asking a girl out or something like that, the worst she can do is tell you no.

Every singer I know has stage fright long after they become seasoned performers. If you don't, there is something wrong with your inner nerve. Sometimes, you have to say what the heck, and go out on a limb. It might break and you'll fall to the ground in a heap or it might hold you and you'll rescue the trapped kitten for the cute girl.

Good luck.

Oh yeah!! Many times. I got through them by saying I have to do this or I'll hate myself forever for being such a wuss.

The consequences of not doing these things that you fear, unless they are unlawful or wrong..is you start to lose your confidence.

So go do it.

A lot of people have gone through this, but I don't think it can be made to happen, unless the subject is under hypnosis.

life is probably about facing our fears...have you noticed that we usually excel at things we find impossible or challenging in the beginning? cause we try harder at them
the way to overcome it...well i have said to myself, 'i have to do it, if i don't, it will probably be worse than failing'...trying is always better...

Focus on why you're doing it. Keep your eye on the prize.
