i'm not sure of the availability in the phillipines, but there are a few companies that produce an enzyme to break down septic contents. They are available through RV specialty retailers here inthe states. We used one on our summer camp latrine a few years ago, and it helped with the odor.

How are you getting odor from a septic tank. In the US tanks are sealed and all the toilets and basins have water filled traps. The only way to smell a septic tank would be the vent stack and that rarely happens. Now if it is an open tank or field the only way to block the odor(if it doesn't smell it not decomposing)is to coat it. In open pit toilets here we us a deodorant oil based product. The oil covers the surface to block most of the smell and the deodorant to make it smell good.

Hi - we used to have the same problem 3 years ago and have solved it using a product called Flush-It Septic Care. We have a Bed & Breakfast with 5 showers and toilets plus all laundry done on site and the kitchen and now only need to use one tea bag size water soluble sachet dropped into the toilet pan furthest from the septic tank once a month. Even in our busiest times we still don't need to use more that one per month and it so simple with nothing big to store (a 12 month pack fits into the bathroom drawer easily) nothing to measure and no stirring into liquid etc.
This is a non-toxic safe for the environment answer to most septic tank, drain, grease trap, grey water and composting systems.
Flush-It(R) is available in Australia from Septic Care or in the U.S. from Solutions Unlimited (where we found it originally).
Hope this helps. Just check that all your vent pipes are clear and that you have no broken pipes anywhere. Flush-It(R) also saves heaps on plumbing fees as you can use it for your grease traps and slow drains too. It comes with easy to follow instructions on all of these,. Good Luck -
