You can send money via Western Union. You can either do it online at westernunion.com, or go to a store that has an agent.

They are far less expensive than Western Union. You can send it as a money-in-minutes pickup or 3-5 business day pickup, same as WU. And you can do it online or go to an agent in person, just like WU. But it is about $15 to send it as a money-in-minutes pickup and about $9 to send it as a 3-5 business day pickup.

Go anywhere they sell Western Union, like a grocery or convenience store. They're expensive. It cost me $65 in fees to send mine to Russia.
