For me the worst movie sequel had to be Pet Sematary 2.
The acting sucked. They tried to make money off of Stephen King's book.

Grease 2
Two different guys wrote the songs in Grease. All the songs in Grease 2 were written by the guy who wrote the forgettable songs from Grease. None of the same characters. Bad choreography. All around general suckfest. Even the debut of Michelle Pfeiffer couldn't save that one.
