Cameras in the courtroom diminish the respect we are supposed to have for the legal system. It cheapens something that is supposedly sacred. In this age of reality television, plastic furniture, and the Big Mac, nothing is immune to being corrupted.

Yes, cameras should be allowed in the courtroom. Excerpts of courtroom proceedings can be put on the news or other outlets. But no one should be allowed to show court proceedings live, like Court TV does. If they do show live shots from the court room, they should only be allowed to uninterrupted, without commentary, and witn no commercials. Court TV does lessen the respect people hold toward the legal system.

I believe it would help keep the judges and At-torn-eys honest.or more so

Courts are open courts. Military courts and secret courts do not deliver perfect judgments. Open courts are open to audience. So TV cameras are to be allowed.

yes beause we need real justice . you cant trust to judge for 100%
