Buy a gallon of cheap Tomato Juice from Cosco or Sam's Club, heat it up- & take a nice, warm, sponge bath in it- in your tub (And STOP chasing after Skunks, -they're not your Type! :) ).

baking soda + Hydrogen Peroxide+ dash of laundry or dish soap
works better than tomato juice or commercial skunk remover

Soak in tomato juice. the acidic compounds of the tomato will dissolve the Oder. Then shower and scrub yourself with soap

b_cardos method works. Used in on my dogs last year...needed 2 treatments but then the smell was gone.
