Yes you can. My cousin worked at a McD's where even though the chicken was still having blood in it, his manager said, 'just nuke it and it will be okay.' Another time the fish sandwich was a little too fresh if you know what I mean.
It's better to just eat at Burger King. They are alot better about cooking the food right.

Harden up hey... If the chicken was raw, don't eat it. Simple. Why do you need to file a lawsuit against them? Are you strapped for cash or just bored?

YES, ABSOLUTLY! you can file a lawsuit against anyone for anything (almost). There is nothing to stop you from filing. It dosent mean you will win though. The only parties you cannot file against are government agencies that enjoy tort-protection. You can file the paperwork yourself at the courthouse or you can hire an attorney. if you get ill i'm sure there are lawyers who would take the case!

I currently work for Mc Donald's and we do NOT used pre-cooked chicken. They are raw. You need to call the store where you bought it. They have timers on their fryers for all of their food. The temperature of the oil may need to be checked. When the store I work at had this problem with the nuggets we had to have our fryer fixed.

Just don't eat the "Filet O' Fish" - word has it that the white sauce is occasionally enhanced by the addition of a certain bodily fluid, obtained from frustrated male staff.....

you won't be able to file a lawsuit against mcdonalds because the chicken was already pre-cooked and flashed frozen before it was shipped to wherever you purchased your sandwich.

It is my guess you will not get sick because the chicken was pre cooked and frozen, before it was cooked, today.
Call McDonald's and tell them you have uncooked chicken. They can tell you how long it was cooked. They can also give you a refund.
