Communism - Great idea in theory but is simply too difficult to run as people always strive for greater wealth and property. When people own the ground under their feet and have the ability to make a business theirs - they tend to be happier and accomplish more. My wife is from a former Soviet State and has plenty of happy stories about how it simply fails when utilized. The bottom line - you have to keep the smart people from leaving - thus the need for walls. I will go out on a line and say Communism is simply not feasible. I am a true Libertarian and would love to see a society function in this manner.
Feminism - This one is a bit trickier. I think Feminism is a complete joke in the US. Women in the Middle East are oppressed to the point of real human rights violations and the Feminists keep silent on these issues. When women are really in need - they look for the next lawsuit.
I think its important that women maintain the importance of EVERY woman - not just the ones that make for good lawsuits. When I think of what I would do if someone tried to silence or cover my daughter in a Burka - oh my gosh it would be ugly. I would say the world needs more Feminism - just well placed Feminism - not the crap we have here.
Terrorism - I don't like this word as it really doesn't do justice to what actually happens. There is plenty of American "terrorism" going on all over if you want to define the word to mean aggression for causing fear and pannick into people. Mindless senseless attacks on civilians for the purpose of going to heaven and having sex with 70 virgins - I am against that. I am sure they are in for a surprise when they find out there arent any virgins waiting...

How are we ever going to know if the world is a better place without "these isms"? They're with us now. You going to change that? I think not, but I'm sure true utopia is just inches away from our reach. Uh hm. And as I look out the window, pigs are flying.
BTW...even I wouldn't equate communism and terrorism with feminism. But whatever.

I easily have been reported for inquiring for prayer for people or perhaps reported once I have been given superb answer. I reported 2 people men by way of fact they have been very verbally abusive with my question and sexually perverted. i'm a married female and could havenone of that. I additionally took the liberty of blocking off those people to boot. I easily have found out % purely the battles to combat which you're wiling to lose. p.c.. and decide your battles heavily. No while to stand up for your self and while to back off. additionally I do supply thumbs all the way down to propose or sacrastic solutions, however the record button I purely use while the guy is blanatnly abusive and that i've got wrote my rationalization why. this could be a relgion and spirituality dialogue board the place people come to income and improve and ask questions that they won't be waiting to ask or experience mushy asking anybody else. there is sufficient injury, meanness and negativity interior the international without including to this to the R7S dialogue board. definite i'm a christian. yet that does no longer propose I easily have the final to be greater appropriate or act like i'm greater appropriate than anybody else. we are all stated as to love and inspire oneanother and that i remind that to my nephew and nieces while they attempt to boot. people are reporting people definite yet it relatively is barely a temeporary restoration revenge is constructive yet frogivness is even sweeter we could desire to wish for those online who're opposed and reporting others by way of fact they did no longer like what they wrote. I say it relatively is a temprary restoration by way of fact it provides a feeling of satifcation that the guy have been given back on the guy who worte the question yet would not restoration the middle condition. Peace this grew to become right into a captivating positioned up thank you e4g

No the world would not be a better place. Everyone has to have something that they believe in. It is their right. What you would be doing Alan is telling them to roll over and die, you don't tell people to roll over and die.
Edit Nick D: Do not ever think of helping the so-called oppressed women in the ME. That is one thing you do not want to do. How they work is this. They tell you that they have a problem, fine and good. You go and help them; it will only cause problems, problems that you will never foresee; what's more they'll put the blame on you. This is why it is never wise to get involved in ME politics, I think Iraq should suffice for a reason.

Don Lindsay refers to this as a type of fallacious argument called
1. "Bad Analogy:
It entails claiming that two situations are highly similar, when they aren't. For example, "The solar system reminds me of an atom, with planets orbiting the sun like electrons orbiting the nucleus. We know that electrons can jump from orbit to orbit; so we must look to ancient records for sightings of planets jumping from orbit to orbit also."
Or, "Minds, like rivers, can be broad. The broader the river, the shallower it is. Therefore, the broader the mind, the shallower it is."
Or, "We have pure food and drug laws; why can't we have laws to keep movie-makers from giving us filth?"
AND
2. Non Sequitur:
something that just does not follow. For example, "Tens of thousands of Americans have seen lights in the night sky which they could not identify. The existence of life on other planets is fast becoming certainty!"
Another example: arguing at length that your religion is of great help to many people. Then, concluding that the teachings of your religion are undoubtably true.
Or: "Bill lives in a large building, so his apartment must be large."

What you should worry about is your idiot-ism, dear. There is absolutely nothing in common between these 3 definitions, but you do not care for knowledge... do you? Ignorance is a bliss, as long as you keep it to yourself.
