"Extraordinary Knowing," Elizabeth Mayer, Ph.D., "The Field," Lynne Taggart., "Psychoenergetic Science," Dr. William Tiller, and "Man's Psychic Life: Elements and Structures," Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, all deal with this question. All are for popular readership, although Dr. Tiller's is a bit more technical. Http://www.tiller.org and http://www.divinecosmos.com are also relevant.

What they conclude is that the soul blends with the human body temple, but it tends to retreat when the temple is changed.

For example, if a person has a heart transplant, some of the feelings and preferences of the donor will be manifest in the recipient, for a while.

Also, "Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet, "Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton, and "The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock, speak to this.question.

The soul is considered an extension of God, Spirit, and by free will it may sin and suffer, even greatly. The "inner child" is the soul--that childlike joy, peace, energy, love, and so forth, which most children are fortunate enough to experience. As a person matures, he or she ought champion the inner child, helping it to remain joyful, pure, strong, victorious, etc. Of such is the Kingdom of heaven.

regards,

j.

Very hard query. I consider that our our bodies to our soul is like an egg to a fowl. Much like a constructing chick earlier than it hatches, it could nonetheless be suffering from it is atmosphere. I consider the time period Rest In Peace applies right here. I consider that a soul could clearly fall right into a resting state till Judgment. This leisure can also be disturbed, how ever, thus ghosts. Not being certain my mortal boundaries, the soul could be in a position to understand a lot more evidently that during it is mortal lifestyles. But whilst, it looses it is ' Free will " So it's certain by means of it is new life. Example, Seance. These are simply ramblings and trained guesses, so take them as you'll.

I like to think of the soul as the only part of your being that you can actually label as "I". When you think about it who do you actually call "I"? Is the person you are now the same as the person you were when you were 3? 10? 16? 35? no of course not. Every day, every hour, every second you are changing you are never the same person you were an instant ago. But this soul doesn't belong to this physical world so it cant exist in the physical world as a brain, leg, heart etc... Think of you soul as an entity controlling a body in this game of life. Your soul is the only thing that is real, in this world all will pass away but your soul. Think about this, you touch a hot stove and your nerves send an electrical impulse to your brain, your brain sends a message to your arm telling it to move. Your brain controls motor actions in your body, but what controls the thoughts in you brain causing these actions to happen? does your brain control your thoughts? no, a brain cant make its self think, if that were to happen we would end up going in an infinite circle. ex. you just thought about about your 9th birthday party, what caused that? well you could say my brain caused me to think that, well what initiated that thought? and what initiated the thought that initiated that thought, and so on and so fourth.

I'll answer this with another riddle:
If there was a pile of sand and we removed a single grain of sand at a time, when would the pile no longer be a pile? It can't go down to one grain, because one grain isn't a pile, and 2 grains isn't each.

The answer; there is no such thing as a 'pile': 'pile' is only a term that we use to refer to a certain configuration of grains of sand, a certain quality that must be exhibited by multitude of smaller pieces

There is no such thing as a 'soul': it only refers to the complex inner workings of our nervous system; the neurons and electrical activity that creates the individual we refer to as 'I' (which , really doesn't exist either, in the same way a pile doesn't)

Furthermore, there's no way a meta-physical entity could affect and control a physical entity if they're in different realms, so out with the cartesian dualism!

the soul doesn't need to be stored anywhere, well maybe it is stored in the brain because it is due to it that we think we have a soul. ((I think people are misunderstanding me. I personally believe we have souls. but I think when they replace you brain you lose your soul ( the pure essence of you) If your brain is not your own that you would be whoever the brain truely belongs to.))

The soul is not somewhere, it's all over you. It's the electricity and the spirit that makes you think, move, and be alive!
