I put a pillow over my face and scream at the top of my lungs. I get light-headed for a while (wjich is nice, btw), and then I feel much better. Its a quick fix, lol.

slow deep breaths in through the nose to the count of 4
hold it to the count of 5
exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of 6
repeat at least three times more if needed

I laugh about it. And look at the funny side of it. Or the side of it that is totally amazing and incomprehensible. Which also makes me laugh. I have lots of practice with this. =D
