"Rowdy" Roddy Piper's best match was against Bret Hart for the Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania 8. The match is a classic example of how to tell a story. It also has fantastic commentary from Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan.

Wow, that is a hard one. He had many great battles with Ric Flair and Greg Valentine in the early 80's for the US Title but I would have to go with Wrestlemania VII and his match with Bret Hart for the I-C Title. It was a coming out party for Bret as a singles wrestler and it was as emotional and wonderfully put together as any match I've ever watched. I rank it up there with Steamboat vs. Savage as far as Wrestlemania matches.
