counting sheep always kept me awake but the money thing is a good idea

I've tried counting sheep or just counting to as high of a number as I can. I even envisioned myself on a stairmaster. with my legs going up and down. It doesn't work!

I saw that crazy b-movie "Black Sheep" plus I knew this dude who was called a sheep because he wouldn't think for himself. So if I start thinking about sheep while being intense about sleep I'm busted.
I just chill with it all.

I count the cute boys but unfortunately there are never more than 5 (or I dont know how to count) and then I resort to sleep.

i used to count to 100 every night and that would kind of get me relaxed. then i would breathe in and breathe out about 10 times to get myself tired. then i clear my mind and soon i fall asleep. lol but seriously it works :)
