It is a blackish-gray color with a fuzzy hair all over it's body. It has a thin tanish brown line on its opisthosoma. Any help?

i think it's a Wolf Spider. Check out www.pbase.com/lejun/spiders. They have lots of creepy but cool pics of every kind of spider you could imagine

Sounds like a wolf spider. Go to check out some books at the library. Their are so many good books that have close up views. This way you can for sure to get the correct name for the specific spider your wanting to get info on.

spider is eight leg animal , if u want to easily identify spidere u count leg in that animal ,spider is not a insect ,because insect has only six leg,two legs in prothroacice region and two in throacice two in abdominal reginal its a main difference between spider and insect. it comes under the class arahinida
