Ok I was on supervised prob. for 6mths. but now that I have paid all my prob fees through 1/17/08 (last day of prob). and completed all community svc and other classes.per a court order I can now be on Unsupervised probation. and just do whats called self reporting mail in probation for the last 2mths of my prob. time. I was just curious during this last 2mths mail in reporting. will I be drug tested randomly at my house or will I just be off probation once my two mouths are up since it expires on jan 08. There is no reason to suspect I would smoke on unsupervised prob since I passed all my UA's during supervised prob. ? Just wondering will I be tested. I know they can do it if they want but I will never walk back into the prob office. only have to mail in reports. Obvoiusly if I get arrested for something stupid then I will have to test but if not then I will just be ok right?

If you are on probation for weed, and you are self-reporting, you are most likely ALSO subject to random testing by your Probation Officer.
Why not just lay off it for a while? Violating Probation just puts you in the slammer for the holidays. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
