Derivatives in general do not have names more specific than "first derivative," "second derivative," "third derivative," etc. On the other hand, the derivatives of position do have special names. If x is the position vector, then:

dx/dt = velocity
d²x/dt² = acceleration
d³x/dt³ = jerk
d⁴x/dt⁴ = jounce

According to the wikipedia article on the subject, the fourth derivative of position is also sometimes known as snap, with the fifth and sixth derivatives being known as crackle and pop, respectively. However, the official status of those names is "something some guy came up with on usenet" and thus doesn't constitute any kind of standard. Only the names of the first three derivatives are really standard, with jounce being (usually) recognized, but not yet a standard. The absence of standard names for derivatives of position higher than the third isn't really a major issue, since such derivatives rarely arise in practical physics problems anyway.
