You should look at it this way: You are not learning the monologues and scenes, you're learning the techniques of acting. How to bring them to life. How to breakdown the words on the page and make them true. You're gaining knowledge by being in class. Technically experience is gained when you work. You put your classes under Training on your resume, not experience. That's where you put actual jobs you've booked.

You change classes when you think you've learned all you can from the one you're in or you start to feel too comfortable. When you stop making new discoveries about acting and yourself, then it's time to move on. Or if it's not a good learning environment to beging with, find a place that is.

When you understand that you are learning techniques, and you can apply those to your audition preparation, scene study, etc. Then you go out and audition.

good luck, grasshopper.

I'm not sure what you are asking either. Serious actors study. Are you asking for techniques to study? These days there are so many people who are versed in acting, voice, dance, etc. That is who you are competing with for jobs. Study and learning is endless if you are serious. The bottom line is attending auditions auditions auditions and hopefully getting cast. Acting is learned by doing, whether it's a job or classes. I know this isn't much of an answer, but your question is difficult to decipher. Wish you all the best.
