i dont think he realy loves me.. i think his just scared who can fall in love with and he doesn't want me to be with anyone else iif we break up. i realy think he is seeing someone else,could you tell me why does he go out with other girls?

If you think he's seeing someone else, he probably is. Trust your instincts girl!!
He goes out with other girls, because HE CAN. You're sitting at home crying in your beer about why he doesn't love you, and why he goes out with other girls. So he gets to come and go as he pleases, and you're sitting at home crying. Grow a backbone girl!! Why are you letting him make the decisions? Don't you deserve better than that?
The fact that he doesn't want you to be with anyone else, EVEN IF YOU BREAK UP, is scary. How controlling can one be? Even if he doesn't want you, he expects you to live the rest of your life in lonely desperation, crying about the great guy who got away? PLEASE!

I am no psychic but a good relation ship is based on trust so if you are having doubts on your partner it will never work out till the doubts stop...... so may be you should move on.

its an old trick .. dont ever put 100% into a relationship, that way you wont ever get hurt if it ends badly ... he is deliberately shielding his emotions
what you have to do is convince him its worth it or move on yourself
