Try using a heavy dose of bleach, it will turn your jeans white, but at least you may have them to wear and they could look cool too.
NOTE: Put the bleach in after the water is in the machine, otherwise it will eat holes in your jeans.

Try some lacquer thinner and a hard bristle tooth brush, then rinse them really good. Put them in the wash on warm water cycle with a little too much detergent, after the wash cycle is finished, re-rinse them again and add fabric softener. I hope it works.

try a product called Goof Off. It removes some types of paint such as latex. Not sure you will be able to remove the spray paint though.

Read the label on the paint & see what it says about removing it from clothing, etc. You may have to file them under G for garbage. :(

it may be stuck for ever.. i had a shirt with paint on it and it never came off... but i still wore the shirt.. cus i liked it so much haha... finally it wore out and the paint was still there...

you can try scraping off as much as you can soak in hot water, scrub off as much as you can, and if it's still there then mineral spirits or turpentine/paint thinner...
