Probably not. You probably have many 32 bit applications still running. But 64 bit IS the future. When computers are built with a real 64 bit architecture, they will really show new speed. But right now, much of your speed is set to the lower bar by other 32 bit parts and software. If you did get ALL 64 bit software and components, you would be ready for the future.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

I see the first 3 answers did not even understand the question, you were asking about one specific program. As for differences, probably not any with Internet Explorer, 64 bit is advantageous if using a program that needs a ton of memory, and I mean ton, which is not the case with IE. One thing I will tell you is that some thing will not work, I have trouble playing flash videos for one thing, they apparantly don't like 64 bit browsers. All and all, not a huge difference.

I find that IE 64 bit is MUCH faster loading than its 32-bit cousin, however, the lack of Flash support is so annoying as to make it almost unuseable.

Why Adobe does not yet support a product that has been out for a year is odd, to say the least. More and more people are going to Vista 64 as signed drivers become available, yet Adobe does nothing.

No betas, nothing. They don't even have a projected release date of when they might actually have something. It is bizarre to say the least.
