Start at the top:
1] hair. Go ahead and tie it up if you want, but use a pretty headband, tie, or clip to do it.
2] pierced ears, with earrings all the time!
3] shape [ pluck and darken if needs it ] your eyebrows
4] makeup when you are ready. Start with lip gloss, then add blush and mascara; then lip color.
5] wear girl clothes! Skirts and dresses aren't necessary.
Buy fitted [ women's ] Tshirts in brights and pastels you look good in.
Add some blouses, button shirts, and pullovers if you like. DON'T wear screened Ts like band shirts for school = not flattering, or feminine.
6] buy some pretty outer layers - a few feminine jackets [ velvet, lacy, embroidered ], some pretty cardigans, 'girl' color hoodies [ pink, rose, peach, banana, mint, sky, lavender ]
7] wear a cute GIRL belt with your jeans or pants. Crochet, embroidered, lace, velvet, or a 'girl' color.
8] wear shoes that guys don't. Either ballet flats, loafers, girl moccasins, or athletic shoes in 'girl' colors. Try hot pink work boots, or purple hi tops.
9] wear a feminine watch - smallish, skinny strap looksmore dainty. Add one other piece of pretty jewelry - necklace, bracelet, or ring.

TRY WEARING A LITTLE JEWELRY, AND MAYBE WEAR SHIRTS THAT ARE PASTEL IN COLOR. GET SOME THAT MAY HAVE A LITTLE LACE ON IT. YOU DONT HAVE TO WEAR REAL GIRLIE GIRLIE CLOTHES, BUT TRY SOME MORE FEMININE STYLES. ALSO, MAYBE YOU COULD TALK TO YOUR MOTHER ABOUT GETTING A HAIR DYE OR GOING TO BEAUTICIAN AND GET STREAKS. AND INSTEAD OF WEARING ALLOF IT PULLED BACK, JUST PULL SOME OF IT BACK AND LET SOME LOOSE.
