Unfortunately, no.

Some things, and some people, just never give up their secrets. In many cases, they just feel that the secrets aren't theirs to give up, that you wouldn't want to know if they told you, or that you would react poorly if you knew the truth.

Also, there are too many people in the world who don't trade love for love. They accept love as a handle on you that allows them to use you. Sometimes they do return your love, and sometimes they confide in you, but they definitely don't feel that they have to give in equal proportion to what they receive.

Nope! There were spots in my life I made stupid decisions. I'm not proud of them in any way. The realization of them being stupid won't help anyone else's life, with me sharing them. So, I buried them and then buried the shovel! My family, wife, kids, friends, don't need to know. Let me give you an example. I told this secret to my parents and it back fired horribly. It wasn't a mistake on my part, but the secret still created a response not expected.

------------------------------------------------------- Sorry, had to delete the secret!------------------------------------------------- Got cold feet!

However, my parents haven't looked at me the same since. In looking for compassion and parental wisdom, I got distrust. So I don't reveal those secrets that no one will gain knowledge or wisdom from. Am I wrong?

If you love it enough, you may never ask. There are many, many secrets to discover in love, but revelation has more than one side to it. Yes love means vulnerability, but it also means respect.

Ideally love takes a couple back to the ideal of the Garden of Eden, "They were naked, and were unashamed."
