2(180-x)=7(90-x)-50
360-2x=630-7x-50
360-2x=580-7x
5x=220
x=44
then angle is 44,
the complement is 90-44 or 46
the supplement is 180-44 or 136

Let's call the angle "x"
Twice the supplement (2x) is 50 less than 7 times its complement 7*(90-x)
2x+50=7*(90-x)
Expand the parentheses: 2x+50=630-7x
Add 7x to both sides: 9x+50=630
Subtract 50 from both sides: 9x=580
Divide by 9: x=580/9 or 64.44444 (the 4 repeats)

If the SUPPLEMENT is x, the compliment is x-90.
2x+50 = 7(x-90) so solve for x and 180-x.

x = angle
180 - x = supplement of angle
90 - x = complement of angle

2(180 - x) = 7(90 - x) - 50
360 - 2x = 630 - 7x - 50
5x = 220
x = 44
supplement = 136
complement = 46
