When will it come out?

Right now the film is declared dead until further notice.
"The film had a target release date of summer 2008[1] but production had been postponed until 2009 due to production financing. Fox picked up the project[2] in October 2006. On October 4, 2007, Neill Blomkamp declared the movie "dead". In an interview with Creativity Online, he stated "The film is entirely dead. In the configuration it was in. Whatever happens with that movie, assuming that movie gets made, will be a totally different configuration."
So we can only cross our fingers for the movies release.

I have heard that there was a Halo Movie in production, but because of insufficient funds, it was put on hold until the money can come around. A shame, though.

I believe the movie got canceled due to costs
