To you have to capture 60 harvest sprites to get married? Is there any other way?

You need all 60 sprites to marry the Harvest Goddess and the Witch. The 60 is a direct requirement for the HG and an indirect requirement for the Witch.

For anyone else you could get married with no sprites at all. (But if you are running a farm you have a lot of them by the time you get a girl attracted enough to marry.)

Of course for all the ladies you require a blue feather, the large bed, the second house upgrade so you can HAVE the large bed, and having seen all the heart events up to the red one.

I think you'll only need to catch 60 Harvest Sprites to marry the Harvest Goddess. For anybody else, no. But I could be wrong. To be married, make sure you have the big bed, red heart level, 2nd house upgrade (which is needed for the big bed anyway). Any maybe the sixty sprites.
