I had a simialiar Q like this but i wasnt specifis enough. My teacher asked which countries in the Middle East are more strict and not as strict, i said that saudi arabia is strict and that iran is not, even though things arent great there, there sure as hell better than i lot of other countries, cuase i've been to Iran and yeah sure... its not as great as the U.S. but its better than other countries, i think that my teacher is really byist( not sure how you spell it) so i wonder what your guys opinoin is on this?

How do we define "strict"? Does it mean that they don't do or cant do things that we do in the states?
If this is the case then:
What about African tribes who walk around topless? if we were to tell them that in the States the government doesn't allow people to walk around topless, would you think that the tribe would think that the states are strict?
The point is that different cultures have different priorities and different values. We may not agree with those values, but we cant enforce our values on others.

The two are quite comparable based on what I've heard, but I'm not really that knowledgable about those two countries.
