Sorry you have to live with it unless you are prepared to go up to this -what they called - wind turbines or turbo vent - and squirt a little WD40. No way to stop them. They are wind powered. They help as attic vent. This is precisely the reason why nowadays silent ones - with no moving parts - are installed.
