I know its kinda a morbid ? but really what do they do w/ something so big do they burry it? what?

They do not burry them. Currently most dead whales are brought back to the open sea for safety reasons, as the rotting corpses can attract sharks and will become a danger to beach users. Dead sharks however do not sink easily and often go back ashore that made an option to some to use explosives to blow its dead body apart to help it sink or at least speed the decomposition.

Decomposing sharks itself can also build up high levels of gaseous by-products of decomposition including ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methane which can cause violent explosion. That would require disposing dead killer whales as soon as possible. It is not that simple and easy but so far there is no easier way of handling those dead bodies.
