and which is more powerful. Why would someone chose power over love or love over power?

Well, we've been discussing power alot in my college political science class (imagine that). lol
I would rather have love. Because it is a proven fact that power causes conflict. People backstab, lie, cheat, steal, and even kill for power. Few have it, all want it.
Life is simpler without it.

Love is a far better choice. There is an old saying among the Dine (whom you probably know as the Navajo): There is nothing stronger that gentleness, and nothing gentler than real strength.

would I get to fly?
or jump tall building in a single bound?
be faster than a bullet?

i think that I will still stick with LOVE.

having power makes people fear you, and fear is stronger then love. fear will keep people loyal to you, and keeps people coming back...but if you are loved, then it is much easier to be stabbed in the back by someone who you though had love for you. but if someone fears you, they will think twice before stepping out of line.
so i would say power over love, cause power will make people love you.
