There are some foods which increase your libido - like seafood, I'm sure if you googled it you would find it on the internet. Also, it depends if you are on a contraceptive pill etc, maybe get him to give you a massage or something to assist in getting you in the mood.

I think it's smart to get physically checked. Exercise also helps. But also check yourself and make sure that there's not any hidden or underlying resentment towards him for anything. Maybe taking a short trip somewhere to get away together? Tell him what you want that doesn't involve sex (dinner out, etc) and then maybe when he delivers, you'll be in the mood. I've also heard this work: Couples agree to not have sex for a period of time (like maybe 2-3 weeks). Then, it's not such a pressured/guilty topic. Wall-ah...once the pressure is gone, they find it just happens (way before the deadline). Good luck.

Oh for goodness sake! Everyone thinks somethings is wrong with a woman who doesn't want to have sex. Your in a funk. Plain and simple. I get that way too and my marriage is fine! So your not a horn ball - that's ok. Alot of it depends on your age and the amount of stress you have in your life. Just relax, stop worrying and let things happen the way they should happen. Your fine. Thinking about it will only make it worse.
