mililiters in a centimeter? I think you mean milimeters. But anyways, its 10. Check a ruler if you ever forget. They usually have little notches to 5, then a bigger one, then another 5, then a huge one. : )

centimeters are units of measurement for length
if you mean millimeter to centimeter, there are 10 mm to 1 cm.
If you mean milliliter to centiliter, its 10 ml to 1 cl
