If you're using Word, go up to Insert, Symbol, click the Special Characters tab, and you can find your copyright symbol there.

What the first person said.

A lot of systems also let you do it by pressing the control & alt key at the same time, then the 'c' key. It'll put the symbol on any word document, but I see that it doesn't work here in yahoo answers....

To get the copyright sign ©, press alt on your keyboard and the number 1, 6 and 9, without releasing the alt button. Once you're done it should appear on the screen.
