Destroy All Planets (1968)

I think "Yog, Monster from Space" might be it since my suggestion only has Gamera and a squidlike creature that is a virus. This site mentions a squid, lobster, turtle and humanoid bats: http://www.stomptokyo.com/badmoviereport/reviews/Y/yog.html

It has been ages since I've seen these films! Somehow, movie channels never get around to showing them. Maybe they need a special movie channel for them.
