of the ones you have listed, i would go for i'll be there for you by bon jovie. however, there's so many great rock songs out there for dedicating to your girlfriend. for example, bed of roses by bon jovi, angel eyes by jeff healy band, never let you go by steelheart, and faithfully or open arms by journey are all time classics.
