Yes I have, back when I was concerned with watching my weight, but I realized that it doesnt really matter because Im happy with me for who I am, plus I have a good metabolism, im a female

I once did, yes. I was 15. Female. It did NO good. You NEED calories and then exercise to burn them and that way your body won't store as much as it knows it will get more. Please don't count--it's a waste of time. I'm 29 now.

I'm a girl and no, I have never counted a single calorie. I'm fully confident in my body the way it is, and I work out hard to improve it, but I refuse to deny myself food. I have no need to.
