Very few! It's hard to find somebody down to earth, especially at work. Everybody's tryin to get ahead...

Are you talking about plastic surgery? If we were to judge that by that of hollywood's standards these days, it would be hard to find almost any "real" people!!

its a disposable world
most of the people i know are real as far as body parts are concerned. fake in what they portray of themselves.
