Oh and how much do you grow after the age of 14?

How much does your diet affect your height? By eating healthy how much taller will i grown then if i had eaten junk food?

Are you male or female, and how tall are your grandparents? You will probably be in the height range of your relatives of the same sex (if you are male, consider your dads plus your mothers fathers heights, etc.). Females usually stop growing in height around 15, and males 19.

And junk food will only stunt your growth if eaten excessivley, which no good parent would ever allow ;)

My mom is 5'3" and my dad is 5'11". I'm 5'7"; my younger brother is 5'9". So I'd say you'll likely be somewhere in between the two. You're probably not going to be as short as your mom or as tall as your dad, even though tall genes tend to dominate short ones. There's a genetic term called "mixed dominance," where two physical traits coexist instead of one hiding the other. Keep eating healthy and getting exercise.

How much you grow after 14 depends on how tall you are now, exercise and diet (to promote good cell growth), and genetics. You will probably grow a few inches. Some sources say females stop growing at 16, others say growth in height is possible into the early twenties. I was 5'4" forever, but when I went to college last year (at 18) and took up Tae Kwon Do I gained 3 inches in height. Shirts I could wear in high school now look really bad on me. Certainly eating healthy most of the time is better for your body and may contribute a small amount to height, but eating junk is okay, too. Just not constantly. I ate a lot of junk food when I was still growing (we left Little Debbies and Coke for Santa, ok). I think that contributed more to me being overweight than me being short. I think exercise is better for height than diet, but you need both factors to get the maximum potential out of your body. Keep doing what you're doing and you should be fine as far as normal development.

Don't be depressed! My husband was 5'10, I am 5'2 and my 2 sons are close to 6ft tall. Sometimes it's hard to determine how tall a person will be. My dad was 5'8 and my mom was 5'1, yet, I had 2 brothers who were both close to 6ft. I have seen tall boys in families where only one of the parents have height. Often teenagers will have growth periods throughout their teen years. Especially boys. I've seen some kids that after summer vacation have shot up and inch or so. Eating healthy certainly contributes to all around good health. I'm not sure that you'll necessarily become tall because of it. But eating a steady diet of junk can cause many problems..

It sounds as though being tall is quite important to you, but honestly height isn't everything in the long run. A person can be very likable and attractive for so many reasons.

If you hit puberty at the same age as your father you should reach the same height or slightly higher. How much did dad grow after 14? Figure about the same for yourself. I doubt your diet harmed you much if at all. There is way too much paranoia about "junk food" out there and idiots with no expertise or training in nutrition are spreading misinformation far and wide.

I don't think it has anything to do with drinking water and eating healthy or junk food. Im a girl and im 15 this year and im 5'9 nearly 5'10, its just genetics. I hardly ever eat healthy and always eat crisps and choc. (But cause im tall its not shown thank god haha)

Sometimes when your born the doctors predict your height. Ask your parents if you did? I got predicted to be 5'10 so it's quite accurate.

you can't simply determine just by looking at how tall your parents are. It depends a lot on your lifestyle too--just everything. Your diet, how many hours of exercise & rest you get, y'know what I mean. And I don't care what others think or say, you never know for sure until you finally get there. So wait and see, but don't worry too much. I'm sure you'll be quite tall.

My mom is 5'4 and my dad is 6'0. I am 5'9, I think I will surpass my dads height to 6'2 or just be the same height as my dad so there is no telling how talll anyone would be.

You could be 5 feet or 6 feet and above. It is a genetic question and genes play the role.Food and water keep you healthy(good ones).

My mom is 5 feet and dad is 5'9. I am 5'7. There is no telling how tall you will be. My father in law is 5'8 and his brothers are 6'3 (all 4 others). Its a roll of dice when it comes to genetics.

Probably somewhere in between those two heights. But you could grow taller or shorter.
I'm guessing 5'7 maybe.
