the object's temperature is 500k. Moving at 3m/sec for 4.5 m. what is the total heat lost and what is the final temperature?

This question seems incomplete. Just because an object moves at a certain speed doesn't mean it is losing heat, unless we have some reason to assume that the object's heat content is tapped to perform the work of moving the object, or we know something about convection conditions (when relative motion between an object and a surrounding fluid (such as water or air) causes heat transfer). Plus, even if we had some formula that would tell us how much heat was lost (and we definitely do not), we couldn't find the final temperature because we don't know the mass and specific heat capacity of the object.
