In particular, I would like to know what time I can expect today's Grey's episode to be up online. I can't find this information anywhere on the ABC site. I think it's supposed to come on "the next day," but does that mean midnight..? Or what?

The next day at 1 am or 2 am, I can't remember which

It used to show up at about 3 AM EST time, (making it midnight on the pacific coast) however sometimes it wasn't there until about 5 am EST

It should be the next day unless they run a rerun. Then it is the day after the rerun.
