theGIMP is like Photoshop, and it's free.
Just download Photoshop from a torrent and get it for free. Save yourself $700 and hop on the bandwagon, everyone has done it.

The top of the line in design and Photo editing is Adobe's programs that include Photoshop along with many of there other programs in PhotoshopCS3
None are free, although they offer a Free Trial.

You can donload the CS2 demo from adobe.com... its free, and has all the features, but a 30 day limit!

you probabily cant get that for free, however you can get it off torrents for free.
