Itachi is the BEST! I love Sasuke to death but anyone who is willing to go far enough as to kill his own family just to better himself has got some serious power. I think he left Sasuke alive b/c he was the only one who didn't see him as the genius of the Uchiha clan. Also, in the most ironic of ways, he left Sasuke alive so Sasuke could kill Itachi to avenge what he had done. Itachi killed his family yes, so as a morbid sort of way of atoning for that sin, is to allow Sasuke to kill him.
Does that make sense?? Hehe....reading way too much into it.

its really all up in the air at this point. i have no idea who is stronger right now in shippuden. im guessing they will fight and sasuke will do well then itachi will talk and maybe reveal something and there wont be a clear winner after its all said and done.

i think sasuke is better than itachi because sasuke is getting stronger by now and might surpass itachi..

I think Sasuke is hot, but I hate his personality. And Itachi is ugly but I like his emoness. Me liky!! :3

Sasuke Uchiha for sure. He is Naruto Uzumaki best friend and forever rival. As you can see Naruto is the next Hokage and Sasuke is the next Akatsuki leader.

itachi is not ugly dude he is sooo hot i like sasuke too but i definately prefer ITACHI!!

currently, i would say itachi. however, as the series progresses, it seems sauke will become powerful enought to defeat itachi soon.
