i just did a system recovery to my computer, and i lost the sound from my speakers. all the sound i hear is the sound the computer makes when an error or message pops up, otherwise i can't hear the sound on myspace, or lmewire or anything, please help me!!!!!!!!!

Did you reinstall all the drivers that came with your PC.
Check for a disk that says something like "drivers and utilities" and reinstall all the drivers on the disk.

You may have lost the software for your sound card. You will have to go to your computer makers website and download it. If you have trouble finding it Call tech support and they will help you.

First, make sure you don't just have your speakers muted. Then check the device manager for yellow exclamation points (!). Delete any you find, then re-boot. It should re-install your sound card and give you your sound back.

you probably did not say witch version of living house windows so i anticipate its XP to fix start up - administration panel - gadget - hardware - gadget manager - search for any ! or x marks delete them and reboot your computing gadget
