Ok. This kid is 16 years old. He is SO ODD! I know he has a mental illness, I just don't know what. He doesn't appear to get any help from the school, although he may get counseling outside of school. He goes to my school and has been this was since as long as I can remember. He is white as a ghost and VERY antisocial. He WILL not talk to you unless forced. He forces himself NOT to smile or laugh when something funny happens. He gets up to do a class presentation and rambles on using large, complicated words, but when you listen closely to his speeches, he uses them at random points in the speech so his speech does NOT MAKE ANY SENSE! He also spaces out in the middle of these presentations for seconds at a time. It's very strange. He has very bad body odor, also.
P.S- His sister is the same was.
I am not trying to poke fun at this teen boy, but I am truly curious as to why he acts/looks the way he does.

Of course no one here can diagnose him, but it possible has has some form of autism like aspergers. They tend not to display emotions, are for the most part antisocial, and have a very very good vocabulary.

All of the conservative ninnies in this country aren't having fun or getting laid, so whenever anyone else likes something, it is automatically labeled an addiction and is a bad thing. See how that works? Just like, if a kid's parents suck and the kid acts out, the kid magically has ADHD and has to be put on drugs to change his mood. Why can't people just leave other people alone?

As you've pointed out he probably does have a slight problem , but you know , A persons life can change , based on who they hang out with , and every once in a lifetime some one special will inter your life and make such a difference that without them who knows where you ( or they ) might have been , such a blessing is ....... well it's ... i've met them after they finished school ,,, these people are kind of special , might serve you well to ...IT never herts to get to know some one who turns out well ,before they do

You cant go up to him and ask if he has a illness or w/e
I no this sounds harsh, but you just gotta go on with your life
And besides, he probably saw something in the past very terrifying, like someone being killed in front of him

probably mentally ill and stubborn to do things. he might actually feel proud of himself not talking and using large words to confuse others
